Job Title: MongoDB Administrator Location: Cape Town Job Summary: Role Responsibilities: Database installation and configuration. Database maintenance (patching and upgrades). Database performance investigation, tuning and recommendations. Data backup and recovery. Automation. Monitoring of deployment and configuration. Resolution of customer requests within the allocated priority base timeline. Generating audit and user / environment review based reports. Generating capacity utilisation historical trending and forecasting reports. Generating any required adhoc based reports where needed. KPI’s: Maintaining / resolving Service Desk tickets as per the designated priority assigned. Ensuring all work log detail and time spent reflects correctly. Ensuring OSI change requests are submitted on time. Ensuring change work implementation is completed correctly and on time. Ensuring project timelines are met. Ongoing training and certifications to be completed as per Personal Development Plan.
