Education and Qualifications (essential):
- Road Asset Management
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- ECSA Professional Registration as Pr. Eng
- 10 – 15 years of related experiences (Pavement specific knowledge and experience)
- Traffic loading analysis
- HDM-4 Economic Analysis
- Management and mentorship of design teams
- Road Construction (Contracts Engineering)
- Tender Documentation and Evaluations
