Unique Personnel boasts over 50 years (established in 1970) of personnel and staffing experience, so it's not surprising that even though our main focus has been providing on South African Staffing Solutions, we now recruit internationally for over 5000 clients CONDENSED LIST OF DUTIES: Payment of various claims (Withdrawal, Retrenchment – Workflow, Retirement, Death, and Monthly Pensioners). Requesting of necessary cashbooks. Adding and requesting of payment letters. Reconciling all cashbooks. Adding of manual payments onto the system. Completing and submitting necessary statistical reports. Bank confirmations. Updating of Monthly Pensioner survival certificates. Preparing updated Swift payments with payment instruction for distribution to Forex. Reconciling monthly pension payroll. Utilising multiple systems (Workflow and Natural). MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 Intermediate Excel Good attendance and reliability BASIC WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum of 1 years' experience in a retirement/death/monthly pensions Fund admin environment. Or 2 years withdrawal claims experience, alternatively 3 years related surplus experience. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Communication and interpersonal skills. Organisational and administrative skills. Intermediate/Advanced MS Office/Excel, keyboard skills Basic knowledge of accounting skills. Service orientation. Manage time and goal oriented. Ability to work unsupervised and shows initiative. Ability to prioritise and draw conclusions from data. Work well under pressure and towards set deadlines. Integrity and unquestionable honesty.
