A minimum requirement for this position is advanced working knowledge of PayProp and intermediate Excel skills. The successful candidate will need to have worked with residential rentals before, with a solid understanding of the industry.
You will need to keep track of all incoming bills, load payments, ensure timeous rental payments, release payments and income, keep track of leases, familiarise yourself with the various body corporate rules, deal with tenants when needed.
