Our client in Rustenburg is recruiting for a Payroll Administrator Minimum Requirements Grade 12 certificate Payroll or an equivalent qualification would be advantageous At least two (2) years’ payroll experience Proficient in SAP HR / Payroll Experience Extensive Microsoft Excel experience Effective internal / external communication (Written and Verbal) Willing to work extended hours when necessary Ability to work under pressure and multitasking Duties and Responsibilities Providing information and answering employee questions about payroll related matters. Managing electronic timekeeping systems or manually collecting and reviewing timesheets. Calculating payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings, and deductions. Preparing and issuing earnings statements. Issuing paychecks and managing direct deposits. Coordinating with the HR department to ensure correct employee data. Providing administrative assistance to the finance department. Filing tax and voluntary deduction reports Processing levies and garnishments Preparing accounting transactions and documents Documenting and updating procedures Preparing Monthly reports for management Maintaining employee/payroll records Auditing timekeeping records to ensure compliance Entering new hires into the payroll system Posting changes in pay and tax status Apply Now
