Payroll Administrator - Pretoria

My client is urgently looking for a Payroll Administrator based in Pretoria.

Requirements

  • Management of employee annual and sick leave applications with the NBCRFLI. -
  • Submit AWOL applications to NBCRFLI.
  • Assist with sick bonus, year-end bonus and year-end leave applications at the NBCRFLI.
  • Assisting with NBCRFLI D-form submissions as well as the provident fund submissions
  • Management of employee leave and sick leave applications on SAGE VIP
  • Assist with daily queries from National Bargaining Council;
  • Weekly checking of wages timecards and overtime calculations on KRONOS and VIP
  • Management and loading of new employees and terminations on Kronos and VIP
  • Ensure the weekly wages payroll runs smoothly;
  • Management of Garnishee deductions weekly and ensuring successful monthly payments and timeous reconciliations of garnishees
  • Assisting with weekly and monthly payroll reports as well as reconciliations.
  • Assisting with the preparation of labour broker staff hours and payroll submissions when required
