A fast pace logistics company is looking for a Payroll Administrator to assist with the duties of the Payroll department.
You will be expected to utilize strong communication and organizational skills and must work well under pressure.
Roles and Responsibities:
- To ensure that payroll is done efficiently and always correct
- Receive timesheets and make sure manual calculations are correct.
- Processing Payroll on Sage.
- Maintenance of employee record, paper and electronic files.
- Requesting attendance registers daily.
- Making sure leave, absentee, sick leave etc is monitored and calculated correctly.
- Prepare termination documents for employees.
- Making sure payroll is in line with the Main Collective Agreement of the National Road Freight Bargaining Council.
- Trade union.
- 3rd party payments and garnishee.
- AODS
- IRP5s
- Provide full payroll administration service group of companies and the employees.
- Provident fund and council payments.
- Full payroll functions.
Qualifications, Education and Skills requirments- Matric
- Payroll related qualifications
- 3-5 years payroll experience
- MS Office Package
- SAGE experience
- Decision making skills
- Effective verbal and listening communication skills attention to details and high level of accuracy
- Very effective organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
