Join my clients team as a Payroll Administrator and take charge of the entire payroll process. They are seeking an experienced professional who can handle payroll from start to finish with ease. As a Payroll Administrator you will responsible for the following:
  • Processing Payroll: Calculating and processing employee wages or salaries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Managing Timesheets: Collecting and reviewing timesheets or attendance records to accurately reflect hours worked by employees.
  • Deductions and Benefits: Handling deductions for taxes, insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits, ensuring compliance with regulations and accurately reflecting employee preferences.
  • Payroll Taxes: Calculating and remitting payroll taxes to appropriate government agencies, ensuring compliance with tax laws and deadlines.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of employee earnings, deductions, leave balances, and other relevant payroll information.
  • Resolving Payroll Issues: Addressing payroll-related inquiries or concerns from employees, resolving discrepancies, and providing support as needed.
  • Compliance: Staying updated on changes in payroll regulations and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations at all times.
  • Reporting: Generating payroll reports for management, accounting, and regulatory purposes, providing insights into payroll expenses and trends.
  • System Maintenance: Ensuring the integrity and security of payroll systems, including software updates, data backups, and user access management.
  • Communication: Collaborating with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless payroll processes and address any cross-functional issues or concerns.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
5 years experience in a similar position
Proven experience in full-cycle payroll administration.
Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
