Payroll Administrator - Cape Town City Centre

The Ideal candidate will have:

  • Grade 12
  • VIP payroll certification obtained through VIP
  • Report writing / ODBC
  • 2 years’ experience in payroll / salary & wages / finance
  • Good knowledge of Excel and T&A systems
  • Knowledge of the Labour Relations - and Basic Conditions of Employment Act
  • Computer literate

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Process and reconcile payroll New employees & Terminations
  • Leave
  • Deductions and adjustments
  • Pay period reconciliations
  • Import hours
  • Mid and tax year-end reconciliations
  • Management information
  • Reporting month-end
