Our client who operates in international markets is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their HR Team. Administer the Company's payroll function and generate accurate and timely monthly payrolls. Work with Operations to improve payroll processes. Reconcile and maintain payroll-related accounts. Maintain the integrity of personnel data across the Group. Provide quality, focused analysis and reporting of payroll-related statistics and financial information for use in business decisions and budgeting. Key Responsibilies would include: Full Payroll Administration. Leave Payment Administration. SARS and Tax Authority Compliance. Payroll Reporting. Expatriate Remuneration Management. Third Party Payment Reconciliation. Payroll Accounting and Financial Administration. Matric. Relevant tertiary qualification. Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator in an organisation with a large headcount of more than 1000 employees, preferably including international (sub-saharan African) payrolls. Working knowledge of compensation and statutory deduction legislation and regulations for South Africa, Mozambique, Namibia, Zambia and DRC operations. Proficieny in Sage 300 (essential). Advanced Excel skills. Ability to speak French (advantageous). Looking for someone who is analaytical, pays attention to detail, deadline driven and posses high numerical reasoning. Apply Now
