Our client in the Logistics Industry, based in Port Elizabeth, is currently looking to employ a Payroll Administrator. An exciting career opportunity awaits you Requirements: Diploma of 1 to 3 years / NQF level 6. 3 - 5 years' experience. VIP Premier Payroll and Excel skills required. NBCRFLI (bargaining council) experience preferred. Responsibilities, but not limited to: Responsible for capturing the bi-weekly and monthly attendance registers into excel from manual forms. Insert complex formulas for the attendance registers. Ensure accuracy of the attendance registers. Submit attendance register to Financial Manager for approval and formula check. Process leave onto VIP and NBCRFLI site. Ensure all leave forms are submitted and accounted for. Prepare Performance Based Reward (PBR) calculations on attendance register and submit to site HR office. Receive all PBR adjustments from site HR office. Amend and finalize PBR figures and submit to payroll administrator. Prepare stats per fortnight on PBR figures and submit to director. Assist payroll administrator with payroll queries.
