Payroll Clerk - Bapsfontein

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process monthly and weekly payroll for 350 employees accurately and on time, weekly and monthly.
  • Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data integrity.
  • Calculate and process adjustments, deductions, and bonuses as necessary.
  • Generate payroll reports and assist with payroll-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Payroll Clerk or similar role.
  • Proficiency in using Sage payroll software.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with payroll laws and regulations is preferred.
