Job description:
Complete and maintain necessary returns and U19 documentation.
Manage a payroll run of over 2 000 headcounts, including Transfers, LRA, BCEA, retrenchments, severances, and related calculations,
Update banking details changes for employees when needed.
Calculate working hours, bonuses, and deductions accurately.
Collaborate with the HR department to ensure precise employee data is captured accurately and make changes when needed.
Prepare provisional reports for monthly payrolls and third-party reports such as EMP 201 and Garnishees as needed.
Manage a team of 5 payroll administrators.
