We are looking for an analytical, meticulous and results-oriented individual to join the Human Capital Team at our Amaro Foods Central Office, in Epping. Manage and respond to stakeholders' queries via email, calls, and other forms of communication Oversee payroll administration and maintenance Upskill new users on systems and provide user admin support Propose methods to improve customer service Validate all documentation received for employee changes and ensure they are inline with audit requirements Ensure all new employees and terminations are uploaded onto the payroll timeously Process all payroll change instructions Ensure all 3rd party payments are set up and processed i.e. Medical Aid, Union Fees, Provident Fund Finalise the payroll for release as per the pay day calendar Release and/or print pay slips after payroll processing Leave and other payroll related management Time Keeping system management and maintenance Ensure employee files are complete and accurate at take on Record keeping, filing and retrieving documentation accurately and on time and ensuring all documentation confidentially maintained Support annual bench marking and employee structure review Compile the necessary reports to ensure the payroll reconciliation reports balances at month end Arrange the EMP201 reports for SARS payments Compile the monthly reports and any ad hoc reports as and when required i.e. leave reports and distribute to the relevant Managers if required Annual Budget report Planning of payroll key dates Ensure employee information is inline with legislation and Amaro Foods policies and procedures Update any changes in Legislative requirements, relating to payroll Policy and Procedure drafting and recommendations Send monthly UI19 declarations Submit EMP501 bi-annually timeously Support the Return on Earnings submission Comply to relevant legislation, policies and systems Audit management and support Provide solutions to close out all audit findings to ensure no repeat findings Comply with the necessary Occupational Health and Safety requirements Support with Payroll and ad hoc projects related to human capital Continuously review efficiencies in payroll and introduce more effective reporting and processes Provide input into Human Capital Strategy with expertise in remuneration and benefits Draft and implement policies relating to Remuneration and Benefits HR/ Finance Certificate or Diploma Advanced Sage People 300 experience essential 3-5 years' experience in a payroll administrative position with a 500 headcount HR Payroll Systems and Financial Management Exposure Apply Now
