You will be responsible for promoting and booking traveling arrangements for clients whilst giving exceptional service. Check out http://www.pentravelcareers.co.za Responsibilities Research various destinations and means of travel Profile the clients' specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services Organize travel packages from start to departure by following the sales and customer service process Supply travelers with pertinent information and useful travel and holiday tips Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns Ensure constant self development staying on top of travel trends, visa requirements, airline pricing and preferred supplier packages. Maintain relationships with clients, team members and travel partners.
