A well-established company located in Alberton is looking for a Personal Assistant to join their team Minimum Education: Matric Minimum Experience: 3 years solid PA/Secretarial experience Duties and Requirements includes but is not limited to the following: Personal assistance to the Group Managers Experience with fleet and maintenance thereof Coordinate, monitor, evaluate and maintain fleet Enforce compliance to relevant legislation within the fleet division Perform secretarial duties Prepare the annual preliminary budgets Experience with marketing and maintenance thereof Coordinate marketing materials for publication Research marketing related techniques to improve materials and processes Typing of letters and taking minutes etc. Compilation and coordination of statistical reports Manage stationery supplies Apply Now
