Gauteng, Pretoria East (Market related) We are looking for a stable Personal Assistant in the Pretoria East area that has excellent minute taking skills and who maintains strict confidentiality. This will be on a 3 month Contract basis. Requirements: Grade 12 Diploma in Office Administration / Office Management or Paralegal qualifications 4 years Personal Assistant / Secretary experience Highly proficient with MS. Office Minute taking skills Must be available immediately or with a very short notice Skills: Need to work under immense pressure. Very fast-paced environment, and able to adhere to the tight turnaround times required. Attention to detail Excellent minute/note taking and record keeping Good organisational skills (incl. coordinating travel arrangements, meetings/catering etc.) Good task/schedule management skills Work well with others Must maintains strict confidentiality at all times Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
