The ideal candidate will be meticulous, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy multitasking, and have excellent interpersonal skills, this role is for you Responsibilities: Manage the General Manager's calendar, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence. Prepare excel reports, and various other documents with precision. Ensure accuracy in all tasks, from data entry to proofreading. Liaise with external insurance companies, demonstrating professionalism and empathy. Handle sensitive information with discretion. Perform general Reception duties at times, take messages for General Manager Maintain good relationships with clients. Request Quotations from various Insurance companies. Tasks need to be completed with neatness and pride. Excellent interpersonal skills – verbal and written (Advanced level of professionalism) Ability to work in a very fast paced environment. Able to work well under pressure. Self-efficient Strong telephonic skills Qualifications: Minimum Matric with tertiary education highly advantageous Driver's License and own vehicle Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
