Reference: DUR002118-CW-1 DUR002118 EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO 3 DIRECTORS – PINETOWN Purpose of the job: To provide comprehensive administrative support to three Directors and the Leadership Team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations of the Head Office and managing the Durban Branch Receptionist. Required Qualifications Matric. Bachelor's degree in a related field - advantageous. Technical Competencies and Responsibilities 3-5 years of office administration experience. Provide a full range of P.A. services to three Directors, including diary management, correspondence, preparing presentations, and handling personal administration and errands. Prepare, proofread, and distribute documents for the Directors and management team. Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation. Coordinate company lunches, vehicle servicing, licensing, staff functions, and more. Maintain insurance claims, schedules, and company agreements/documents. Valid driver's license and own reliable transport. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook; Pastel Evolution experience is a plus. Behavioural Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach Excellent people skills and EQ.
