Personal Assistant l Office Manager required to support the MD of a company based in Ballito. Will be required to fulfil the duties of Office Manager and have some experience in Accounts. Provide full PA support to the MD Running personal errands for the MD (shopping, dry cleaning, pharmacy collections, etc) Diary management Organising meetings Preparing reports Assisting with golf days Travel arrangements – flights, car hire, accommodation Ensure good housekeeping of office Ensure that all documents are filed and easily accessible Handle the MDs expense claims Arrange and coordinate client functions Matric Previous experience working as a PA supporting the MD Happy to be contacted after hours should the MD require assistance
