Financial Broker based in Kloof is looking for a PA / Admin Assistant with financial services / investment experience. Immediate start and own car essential. Duties include: Diary Management Client Liaison General Administration – filing, photocopying, faxing, Internet & E-mail Client Queries /Services Errands Presentations & spreadsheets Preparation of appointment files Flight Bookings and travel arrangements Medical Aid – submission of application, following up, sending out confirmation letters. Annual benefit adjustment notifications Gap Cover, Completing the applications and submitting to the service provider Sending out confirmation letters for Gap Cover. Processing new business Follow up on underwriting Ensure bloods and medicals completed Ensuring FICA and FAIS requirements are meet with each client. Processing death claims or any other claim.eg. Dread Diseases, disability ETC Investments –Checking on fund performance's, exercising fund switches for clients Retirement Fund at Sanlam –Monthly processes and payments for group schemes Ensure annual review appointments booked timeously and that the file is updated for the annual review Attend various FSPs in-house product training Draft Client Advise Record (CAR) and present to the Financial Advisor for overview and signature Draft After Appointment emails for adviser to approve Ensure returned debit order attended to Unit Transfers between management Companies, Ninety One, Allan Gray, and various other transfers between management Companies Offshore – Proposal and submissions Old Mutual Wealth, Glacier & Ninety One Updating Elite CRM System Ensuring clients compliant with Regulation 28 Sample Checking of the Daily Reporting and Welcome packs for clients and Financial Advisor Sending correspondence to clients who are not compliant with Regulation 8 and monitoring these clients to ensure their asset allocations are changed / switched to be compliant within the legislated timelines Accurate, clear, and concise communication in line with POPIA Ensuring Living Annuity reviews completed timeously Apply Now
