Custom furniture showroom in Sandton requires a dynamic personal assistant for its directors To assist with time- and daily management, scheduling of meetings, correspondence, and note-taking. The role is extremely varied, such as answering phone calls, taking notes, scheduling meetings, emailing, texts, and always being the first point of contact on behalf of the directors. May also be required to assist with employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training. Required to plan, directly and coordinate the administrative functions of the showroom. Oversee sub-contractors in their duties, consults with directors when necessary. Handle several areas and tasks simultaneously. Post Grade-12 Secretarial Qualification Market related, negotiable depending on qualifications/experience
