Our client is looking for a personal assistant/receptionist. The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Answering the switchboard, Responding to external and internal stakeholder queries, Diary management and setting up appointments, Managing travel arrangements, General office duties that may be required, Requirements: Well presentable, well-spoken and proactive Strong attention to details Excellent verbal and written communication skills Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft suite of products Have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role Salary negotiable.
