Personal Executive Assistant - West Rand

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, prioritise commitments and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread professional correspondence, reports and presentations with precision.
  • Organise meetings and events, ensuring seamless logistics, detailed agendas and necessary materials.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for documents, filing, records, expenses, and projects.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification (degree preferred).
  • 5-7 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior executive capacity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Professional demeanour with exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
