Daily Meetings:
- Collaborate with the Managing Director to discuss daily tasks and priorities.
- Identify the key components of each task and the necessary information required for execution
- Develop and refine prompts for automation tools.
- Run transcripts of daily meetings and use generative AI to produce outputs.
- Use automation tools to streamline routine tasks, including drafting email communications, populating task management systems, inbox maintenance, scheduling, and preparing for meetings.
- Design and implement automated workflows, including email rules and automated replies.
- Continuously improve automation processes through iterative feedback and testing.
- Retrieve and gather necessary information for various tasks.
- Design and manage a system for information storage and retrieval.
- Assist in identifying and prioritizing high-leverage tasks.
- Focus on tasks that enhance future productivity and efficiency.
- Manage correspondence, including responding to emails and reviewing proposals.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
