Our client has an opportunity available for a Pharmacy Premium Sales Representative based in KwaZulu-Natal. Requirements: Matric Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field Proven work experience as a sales representative would be an advantage Excellent knowledge of MS Office Familiarity with Business relationship management (BRM) and Customer relationship management (CRM) practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales will be an advantage Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills Repwise Power BI Smartsheet Sweet Process (SOP’s) Motor Vehicle Driver’s License KPAs: Present, promote and sell products/services using solid commercial arguments to existing and prospective customers Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Deliver daily sales goals Attend weekly accountability meeting Expense planning & management Deliver monthly sales target Deliver quarterly sales goals & expectations
