Job Description: As a Picker Packer at Carrol Boyes, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our products reach our customers in perfect condition. Your responsibilities will include: Responsibilities: Accurately selecting and packaging items for shipment. Ensuring proper labeling and packaging to meet delivery standards. Monitoring inventory levels and promptly reporting any discrepancies. Maintaining a clean and organized work area. Collaborating with the team to meet daily goals and targets. Undertaking other duties as assigned. Requirements: Matric certificate or equivalent. Preferred previous experience in a warehouse or retail environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends where applicable. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Team player with a clear criminal record.
