Hire Resolve's client is a reputable food production company in the Western Cape that is seeking a talented and experienced Planner to join their team. As a Planner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing production plans and schedules to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products. Responsibilities Create and maintain production plans and schedules Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery Monitor inventory levels and manage material requirements Analyze production data and make recommendations for process improvements Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure availability of materials Assist in forecasting and budgeting activities Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production department Requirements Relevant degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field Previous experience as a Planner in the food industry is highly preferred Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Benefits Salary: Negotiable Contact Hire Resolve today for your next career-changing move Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
