How you'll role As a Resource Planner your role is critical in ensuring the timely planning, scheduling, and expediting (internal & external) of orders thus ensuring customer expectations are met. What you'll do Overseeing general functions of the department Analysing and scheduling factory orders as per customer requirements and available capacity Material planning as per MPS (Master Production Schedule), OE parts allocations and the oversight of the MRP (Materials Requirement Planning) module Scheduling of new orders, rescheduling and co-ordinating production and dispatch for deliveries Communicating, updating, and maintaining of MDS System hygiene and maintenance (i.e. works orders) Monthly management reporting Sponsor production meetings Supervise work order processing administrator Continuous improvement of planning and production process flow Assist with any related ad hoc functions where/when requested by a manager Ensuring internal & external customers are serviced effectively Fostering a good and helpful working relationship with all employees Working with designated team members to achieve organisational and department goals and objectives What you'll need Diploma or degree in logistics / planning / supply chain management preferred. 2 to 4 years production planning/manufacturing experience Understanding of load scheduling Excellent communication skills Good computer literacy in Syspro and MS Office Excellent product knowledge (OE and parts) Salary Market related salary neg. based on experience Apply HERE
