The company serves a wide range of industries, including food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods. Overseeing & developing plans to cost-effectively transform the unconstrained demand from the market through a constrained module and still achieve the business objectives. This will be achieved through managing and directing the supply chain planning department, process, and systems so that marketing demands are met at lowest cost. Developed and implemented planning strategy. Support the development and implementation of a strategic supply chain plan. Analysed and reported operations performance Developed, agreed, and monitored performance goals Guided, supported, and coached team Managed externally manufactured product supply (Outsourcing) Planning methods/techniques Inventory management People management Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain NQF 6 or higher or similar an advantage. 3 – 4 Years planning/ production/ Supply experience in a FMCG environment Computer literate Excel Manufacturing and Supply chain experience essential Knowledge of LEAN, Pull Production, and basic supply chain principles
