RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Planning Manager/Planner to join a well-established company in Ottery specializing in Liquids Packaging. As the Planning Manager/Planner, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective production plans to meet customer demands and optimize efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products. Responsibilities Create production plans based on customer requirements, inventory levels, and production capacity Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure availability of materials and timely delivery of finished goods Monitor and analyze production performance and make necessary adjustments to meet targets and optimize efficiency Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast demand and plan production accordingly Implement and maintain production planning systems and processes to improve accuracy and efficiency Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the production process Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field Proven experience as a Planning Manager/Planner in the Liquids Packaging industry Strong knowledge of production planning principles and techniques Proficiency in using planning software and ERP systems Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Benefits Salary: R420K/yr - R600K/yr, negotiable RPO is a Specialist Recruitment Agency that provides candidates and clients with unique recruitment solutions tailored to their needs.
