We are urgently looking for a strong Plant Hire Administrator for a plant based in Honeydew. Type of plant hire equipment:Trucks, Excavator, Digger Loader, if possible as well as tyre experience. https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17151475662340044510faE Ensure that all internal and external customers are invoiced correctly. Submit correct information to the Logistics Administrator and ensure that the customers are invoiced correctly for tyres and GET. Administer tyre and GET stock take. Provide valuable feedback with regards to available tyres and GET. Track and manage tyre breakdowns. COD invoicing. GRN of invoices. Any other ad hoc duties as decided by management from time to time. Matric Strong administration skills. Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in Construction /Plant hire environment. Attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team. Ability to work under pressure. Excel Knowledge. Computer Literate. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Trucks, Excavator, Digger Loader, if possible, have tyre experience. The salary offered is R 15 000 to R 20 000 per month depending qualification and experience.
