Currently, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Controller to drive financial success in their plant operations. Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualified Chartered Accountant Minimum of 5 years of experience in a plant environment, preferably in a manufacturing industry Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and internal controls Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity Duties and Responsibilities Manage all aspects of financial accounting and reporting for the plant Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports Analyze financial data to support operational efficiency and cost reduction efforts Collaborate with plant management to develop annual budgets and forecasts Provide financial analysis and support for capital investment decisions and continuous improvement initiatives Coordinate with corporate finance and accounting teams as necessary APPLY NOW If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
