QUALIFICATIONS Certified advanced developer focused Microsoft platform Skills Full lifecycle experience developing large scale applications Proven experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dataverse entities, relationships, forms, and views. Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling concepts. Experience with integrating Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft applications and services. Familiarity with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Azure services is a plus. Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Platform Fundamentals, Power Apps Developer Associate, Power BI Certified). Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS for extending Power Apps functionalities. Knowledge of Power Platform administration and governance best practices. Good understanding of DevOps Good understanding of testing methodologies. Certifications - Six Sigma, Lean, Agile desirable. Working proficiency in English required RESPONSIBILITIES Design and develop business applications and solutions using Microsoft Power Platform components such as Power Apps (Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps), Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI. Customize and extend data models using Dataverse to meet application requirements. Integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems and applications (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure services). Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Create and maintain documentation related to Power Platform solutions, including design specifications, user guides, and technical documentation. Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Power Platform applications to ensure smooth deployment and operation. Provide training and support to end users on Power Platform applications and functionalities. Stay updated with the latest features and capabilities of the Power Platform and recommend best practices for implementation. Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
