Paracon Platform Engineer - DataPower and API Connect Join an exciting and dynamic team of Integration Platform Engineers, who are responsible for shaping the technical API economy for Financial Services. Work within the Platforms and Engineering Gateway technology tribe responsible for the development, design and run of the DataPower API Gateway platform. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations of the DataPower API Gateway Platform. Key Responsibilities: Administration, configuration and development on DataPower and API Connect Must have worked with these products in an Operational role providing 24/7 after hours support covering availability, performance, reliability, recoverability, serviceability, manageability, security, scalability aspects of the Integration Platform Non - Negotiables: 3 years DataPower Gateway experience (admin, operational and development) 3 years API Connect 2018 / v10 experience (admin, operational and development) 3 years coding / scripting languages experience e.g. Python, JavaScript, Bash scripting, XSLT, Gateway Scripting 3 years' experience in Kubernetes administration Essential Requirements: Minimum 5 years working experience in working with Platforms Relevant IT certification / Degree / Diploma Job Type: Contract Workplace Type: Hybrid Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng Experience Level: Senior Do you have what it takes?
