We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Platform Team Leader to join our dynamic IT team in Century City. The Platform Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of talented engineers and specialists in the development, maintenance, and support of our company's platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional leadership abilities, and a proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality platform solutions. Lead and manage a team of engineers and specialists responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of our company's platforms. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of new features, enhancements, and updates to the platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards. Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Collaborate with other teams within the organization, such as product management, quality assurance, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of the platforms with other systems and alignment with business requirements. Monitor the performance and health of the platforms, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations to enhance reliability, scalability, and efficiency. Ensure that the platforms meet security standards and compliance requirements, implementing measures to protect against security threats and vulnerabilities. Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, communicate progress, updates, and issues related to the platforms, and solicit feedback to drive continuous improvement. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. Strong technical skills in platform development, including proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#, and experience with relevant technologies and frameworks. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading and managing high-performing teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to deliver high-quality platform solutions on time and within budget, while meeting business objectives and technical standards. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop innovative solutions. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus. Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect) are desirable.
