Job DescriptionThis is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate. Your first major project will be overseeing the construction a very large Data Center. Your responsibilities will include:
- Chair and minute design meetings
- Formally communicate and interact closely with client and main contractor
- Work as team member within the company
- Assist in commercial issues
- Assess risk time, cost and quality
- Manage an assistant
- BSc/BTech - Building, Civil, QS, Mechanical, Electrical
- Min of 15 yrs exp on large multi-disciplinary building projects
