The position of PR/ Brand Director focuses on creating a lasting and positive agency brand impression among current and future clients and employees. This is achieved by making sure the agency's advertising, communication, marketing and award activities send out the right image. Additionally, the position focuses on developing and growing a brand's profit through bringing in new business, while also through research and working with internal teams, finding opportunities and growing business with existing agency clients. The PR/ Brand Director is the custodian of the agency brand and culture, and reports directly into the Managing Director. The PR/ Brand Director will: Oversee and approve all press releases for distribution to press Maintain key press relationships and identify high-level opportunities Oversee the Agency's awards programme, approve award submissions, review case study videos and attend shows when necessary Oversee, drive and approve all social media content for Machine social channels Oversee and approve all updates for website Oversee and approve branding requirements for the agency, as well as the annual client Christmas gift Compile presentations and/or speak at industry events Lead on new business pitches for the agency, and compile final presentations Drive the new business pipeline for Machine_ Work with the operations team to assist in the overall look of the business, ensuring a consistent image of the business both internally and externally Assist in setting up new clients post pitch Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Advertising & Media 3-5 years experience in a similiar role Effective time management and problem-solving skills Experience in Producing / Project Management Broad understanding of the advertising environment across disciplines Great attention to detail and meticulous in executed work Ability to drive out agency cultural pillars and events Highly-effective multitasker Excellent presentation skills Strong project management skills Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Canva Additional Information Personality Attributes: Work hard, play hard attitude A go-getter who always strives to deliver the best possible results Have great work ethic and be prepared to go the extra mile - a real team player Confident with a drive to succeed Problem-solver/Solution-creator Ability to work under pressure Agency experience essential Highly organised Multi-tasker Working independently and collaboratively with key team members An OCD for detail and a drive for perfection Deadline awareness and ability to handle all kinds of pressure Taking initiative and ownership of your projects Cool, calm and optimistic Enjoying the thrill of a challenge Passionate about agency culture and events Other: Flexible to work beyond normal office hours (overtime if and when required) Comfortable to work from the Publicis Groupe office (on-site) Culture commitment: We are approachable & globally supportive.
