Hire Resolve's client is seeking the expertise of a Senior Civil Engineer to join their team in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for the leadership of the design office within the roads section. Responsibilities: Effective leadership and management of design, production of engineering drawings, preparation of tender documents Management of delivery of projects from planning to close out Monthly reporting and cost control Training of technical staff Requirements Pr Eng Minimum of 5 years' post-graduation experience in the consulting engineering environment in Transport Infrastructure, specifically in the fields of planning, pavement engineering, geometric design, stormwater drainage design, contract administration and supervision of roads contracts Experience in road rehabilitation design Proven track record in management of a design office Must be able to work independently and be able to interact with relevant stakeholders at management level Benefits Salary: R700K/yr - R1Mil/yr, salary negotiable Training & Development Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable) Contact Hire Resolve for you next career-changing move.
