Practice Manager - Cape Town Region
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the operations of our Hair Clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing medical practices, with a focus on PRP treatments, Hair implants, and hair loss solutions. In addition, the clinic will offer Aesthetic treatments, requiring the Practice Manager to have knowledge and experience in this area as well. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow - Oversee staff members, including Doctors, Receptionists, Aesthetic Therapists, and Sales Consultants - Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care - Coordinate scheduling and appointments for both medical and aesthetic treatments - Monitor inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels - Handle patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with the medical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes - Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards Computer Literacy - Proficient in Excel - Proficient in ESP Qualifications: - Beauty qualifications will be an advantage - Previous experience in managing Aesthetic clinics, medical practices, preferably in the field of PRP treatments, Hair implants, and hair loss solutions - Knowledge of Aesthetic treatments and procedures - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities If you are passionate about providing high-quality care in a dynamic and innovative environment, we invite you to apply for the position of Practice Manager at our Hair Clinic.
