Premium Vehicle Sales Manager - Pretoria

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Premium Vehicle Sales Manager to join our team in Pretoria North, Gauteng. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management within the luxury automotive sector, a deep understanding of high-end vehicles, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

This role involves leading and motivating a team of sales professionals, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the premium vehicle sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our premium vehicle lineup, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring an exceptional sales experience for all clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end customers, addressing their needs and preferences.
  • Oversee the training and development of the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to drive promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field would ve beneficial.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the luxury automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to drive sales performance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of premium vehicles and the luxury automotive market.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Valid drivers license.
