Our client within the Automotive Industry is looking to employ a PreOwned Vehicle Sales Manager to join their team in Rustenburg.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a vehicle sales manager capacity.
• Ability to effectively communicate information about products, services, and technology.
• Understanding of vehicle legislation, consumer legislation, and trade practices.
• Familiarity with OEM and Group sales trading terms, policies, and processes.
• Knowledge of trade description, consumer protection, and FCA regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills, creating an environment that encourages growth.
• Proficient in coaching, mentoring, motivating, and inspiring others.
