Our Client in the Oil and Gas/ Petrochemical Industry is searching for a Principal Project Engineer with a minimum of 12 years of experience. Duties will include and not be limited to: >To ensure that all staff undertake their duties in compliance with company policies and procedures at all times, >Bulk Materials Handling experience, particularly conveyors, >Managing the planning and implementation of the entire project including budgeting, sourcing suppliers, mentoring and planning the project release, >Deadline establishment and development of action plan, >Develop project plants and ensure the project is executed within budget, resource, and time constraints, >Leading project meetings and providing feedback, advice, and updates to all stakeholders, >Vendor and supplier liaison, >Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained, >Mentoring and training subordinates (If required), >Previous experience in the construction and setup of processing plants within mining environments (Advantageous), >Physically fit and able to work well in a labor-intensive role. BEng/B Tech or NHD in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; Minimum of 12 years experience in Petrochemical, Medium size project experience, Knowledge of conceptual design and engineering, People management experience
