The support engineer needs to be proficient using technology and quick to learn newer technologies as they become available. The technician will have to assist with installs, maintenance, ordering of parts and configurations. The support engineer will be required to travel between customers sites and provide support to other areas of the business where required.

- Matric or Grade 12
- IT Related Tertiary Qualification (Degree or Diploma)
- 3-5 years experience in the field in a similar role
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Valid Drivers License and own reliable vehicle
