Requirement: technical resources to assist with the new printer rollout (Zebra), Originations platform upgrade (browser based) and implementation of new signature pad process for 4 months (Monday to Friday 8 to 5pm). Travel: Own, reliable vehicle preferable / ability to use Uber (claim back). Must be able to be on-site at one or many stores per day. Petrol / Uber re-imbursement to be included in the proposal. Time Frame: 1 resources, JHB, Pretoria) for 6 months Location: Work from home or divisional office (admin / meetings / remote training) when not at the store (JHB / Pretoria share a division office in Pretoria. Tools: Laptop will be issued with email and Teams functionality, along with a 4G/LTE sim card. Able to support PC, printers and signature pads at Woolworths stores within the specified region. Perform asset audit / stock count Assist with issues post new printer installation (our support vendor will perform the actual printer installation) Assist the store to switch over to the web-based Fico Origination platform (be the ears and eyes on the ground and feedback/escalate to the remote war site room that will run for the duration of the rollout) Assist to switch over to new signature pad process (PDF, local software, drivers) – existing Wacom signature pads will not be changed, just the software. Troubleshoot computer issues related to printing of store / credit cards Troubleshoot issues related to signature pads Guidance / instructions will be provided by the IT team therefore specific knowledge of the card printer, Origination platform and signature pads not required.
