Since its inception 20 years ago, the firm has raised over R2 billion in capital for respective investments and has effectively invested in and partnered with entrepreneurs in various diverse sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for company analysis, due diligence investigations, transaction proposals, liaison with portfolio companies, and deal management.

Education:

CA(SA)
CFA qualification beneficial

Job experience & skills required

2-3 Years experience in M&A, Corporate Finance or Private Equity
Financial modelling acumen
Entrepreneurial with a real desire to work in Private Equity
Commercial sense and sound business acumen
Excellent work ethic regarding client service
Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and handle a high volume of work
