PRO & Admin Support - Johannesburg
Key Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to the team, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records
Assisting with PRO duties, including visa processing, government liaison, and document clearance
Managing office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality
Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
Assisting with event planning and coordination as needed
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business administration or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office suite
