PROCESS ANALYST ROLE (6 MONTH CONTRACT) Job Description Client is seeking a seasoned SAP CoE process analyst who has experience working within an SAP environment. The Process Analyst will be tasked with documenting the SAP CoE standard operating procedures and processes. It would be an advantage if the candidate has working knowledge of ITIL, Cobit and SAP methodologies. Responsibilities: Documentation: Document current processes, including workflows, procedures, and policies, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the SAP CoE operations. Document Operational standard operating procedures in the form of Operational Handbooks Process Mapping: Create detailed process maps and flowcharts to visualize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions for improvement. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with the SAP CoE Team leads and leadership team to understand current processes and procedures Skills and Qualifications: SAP Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP modules (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, Success Factors) advantageous Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to systematically analyze complex processes, identify patterns, and propose data-driven solutions. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues and develop creative solutions to address them. Communication: Effective communication skills to articulate complex ideas, facilitate discussions with stakeholders, and present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner. Process Mapping Tools: Proficiency in using process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio or BPMN ( Process Model and Notation) software to create process documentation and visualizations. Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build consensus among stakeholders with diverse perspectives and priorities. Documentation: Capability to create comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, technical designs, test plans, and user manuals. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred Previous experience in process analysis, business process reengineering, or related roles is typically preferred.
