Process Engineer - Gauteng - Sebenza Crushing and Screening Equipment, Milling, Mineral Separation, Chemical processing and and related technologies We are seeking a skilled and experienced Process Engineer specializing in crushing and screening equipment, milling, mineral separation, chemical processing and related technologies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing our mineral process design and engineering, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high-quality output. Key Responsibilities: Process Optimization: Analyze and improve design and engineering of equipment and circuits for efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. Equipment Management: Oversee the design, engineering and manufacturing of equipment and circuits, ensuring optimal functionality. Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure final product specifications are consistently met. Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations, identifying and mitigating potential hazards. Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven approaches to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall process performance. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, production, and environmental health and safety, to achieve collective goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in process engineering, specifically in crushing and screening operations. Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
