Opportunity Available Our leading client in the Automotive Sector is looking to employ a Process Engineer to join their dynamic team in Rosslyn. Job Description: Take charge of formulating the process flow of the product, design the plane layout, set the staffing and man-hour quota and do some research on working hours. Prepare and review update process documents regularly including PFMEA, engineering flow sheet, plane layout, working instruction and return working instruction etc. Train and guide direct process operation, point out and correct the non-standard operation that violates the process requirements in time, and ensure that the production process is in a controlled state. Collect data every day at the production site, analyze the weaknesses in the production process, implement continuous improvement to improve production efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs. Design or select production equipment, fixtures and tools etc. to ensure that new equipment and tools meet the requirements of safety, ergonomics and quality Take charge of providing technical requirements for equipment and tooling and participating in certification of suppliers. Be responsible for installation, commissioning and technical acceptance of equipment. Take charge of the analysis and solution of potential safety hazards in production site, and constantly improve the safety operation rules of each post. Be responsible for the start-up of new product projects including requirements for manufacturing feasibility, equipment, tooling and measuring tools. Contact the design department to obtain the latest information, and make suggestions on product design improvement. Prepare all process documents during the start-up of new products. Working capacity need to satisfy customers’ specific requirements. Take management responsibility defined by relevant IOS documentation as well as the TS16949/OHSAS18000/ISO14000. Ensure effective operation of IOS documentation and continuously improve relevant process and their application of IOS documentation internal Job Requirements: Bachelor degree and above, major in Mechanical Engineering or its related 2 years or above related working experience.
